Space

When you sit in the back, the driver moves the front passenger seat forward. A simple way to add comfort.

We recommend drivers start the trip with calm music or in silence. Drivers are always ready to change the station or turn off the radio.

In Comfort, it is customary to help with luggage and heavy bags. Usually, drivers are ready to offer assistance themselves.

Smooth driving

We monitor driving through smartphone sensors. Careless driving may lead to a warning or restricted access, helping keep rides comfortable and roads safer.

Courtesy

A Comfort driver greets you, says goodbye, uses polite address, and responds to your requests. For example, changing the music or closing a window.

High driver rating

A driver can receive orders in the Comfort tariff if their rating is at least 4.8 out of 5. And there must be no negative reviews from users.

Neat appearance

We ask drivers to dress neatly and look tidy. Sportswear and beachwear, sleeveless shirts, slippers, and flip-flops are strictly prohibited.

Cleanliness

In good and warm weather, the interior and exterior must be completely clean. In slushy weather, special attention is paid to floor mats and door handles.

New cars

Comfort means cars in excellent condition. Body, windows, and headlights free of damage.

Pleasant temperature

Our standard is 20–22 °C in winter and summer. If you feel more comfortable at another temperature, just let the driver know.

Odor-free interior

We believe a good taxi cannot have extraneous odors, including tobacco smoke and air fresheners.
